1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our specialized services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

Membership fees are non-refundable, even if canceled before the 12-month term ends. Clients may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
2. Service Issues & Corrections
If you experience an issue with our service:

We offer a service guarantee and will correct any workmanship errors reported within 30 days of service completion, at no additional cost.

Issues caused by mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs after service will not qualify for corrections or refunds.
3. Product Returns

If purchasing watch accessories or parts from Casa Picado, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds for eligible product returns will be processed in the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
4. Cancellations

Service Appointments: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Memberships: Clients may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused months.
5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.
