Refund Policy

At Casa Picado - Master Watchmaker repair services, we take pride in providing expert watch repair and maintenance services. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our specialized services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, even if canceled before the 12-month term ends. Clients may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Service Issues & Corrections

If you experience an issue with our service:

  • We offer a service guarantee and will correct any workmanship errors reported within 30 days of service completion, at no additional cost.

  • Issues caused by mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs after service will not qualify for corrections or refunds.

3. Product Returns

  • If purchasing watch accessories or parts from Casa Picado, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds for eligible product returns will be processed in the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

4. Cancellations

  • Service Appointments: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • Memberships: Clients may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused months.

5. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.
